Unfortunately, when someone leaves an unwarranted negative review all we are able to do is reply with the FACTS. No, we did not drop the ball on this case. We went out of our way repeatedly to help “Debbie” have a viable case. This was a slip/fall that occurred on 10/10/23. We recommended medical treatment and had our paperwork provided to her immediately for her to give us the ability to immediately work on her case. She refused to ever schedule any medical appointments and after numerous attempts call her and remind her to procure and sign said paperwork, it was not received back to us until 11/27/23. After assessing that she went roughly two months without treating we relayed in the nicest terms possible that there was no longer a viable case for us to pursue and any recovery on her behalf at this point would be a hopeless endeavor. We can only assume that she was told the same thing ny numerous other firms she probably contacted to take her case as she is at fault for dropping the ball on her own case. This is why 7 weeks later she is deciding to project fault on us for her mishap. The audacity is palpable. To the public - when you listen to our expertise, you’re going to win every time.
