I use to work for a boot company in Atlanta. You have to get a license to actually do it by city ordinance. Most people don't understand that this goes back to the Civil Rights movement when black people used to control the parking in downtown Atlanta. This was a way for a lot of black families to get economics during these times. Now when you come into modern times, these parking spaces are a fast source of revenue. The owners of these parking spaces outsource parking to enforcement companies to monitor the areas to make sure people are paying. The truth is the majority of people who noticed the signs will PAY💵. There's always people that want to try to get away with not paying and feel that parking is free. In a major city like Atlanta, Georgia where parking is premium. These things occur on a regular basis hence the need for CPS or EPS ENFORCEMENT COMPANIES.

Extortion plain and simple.. I was at my hair salon in West Midtown getting my hair cut and was booted illegally and exhorted for a $75 fee. Complete and total scumbags.

Robbery plain and simple. Intentionally puts confusing signs and expects one to read them 40 ft away with 9 pt font. Misleads people with signs and then waits until u leave to put boot on immediately. They have a deal with businesses to boot and get a cut. Told me if my name was Chelsea because he was this is Chelsea’s car? Wonder where he got that information? Definitely reporting to BBB

Absolutely a scam of a company!!! Be aware that if you even cross a street you will get booted in mins. I went shopping at Publix!! There is not proper signage anywhere to alert customers and says parking is for Publix and shops!!

I received a boot, which was my fault, however the worker Chris attempted to solicit a cash bribe to look the other way and remove it, and when I pointed this out to him, became hostile because he felt getting me to bribe him was doing ME a favor. I paid the normal fee, and attempted to report him, but kept getting ignored by the managers. This is an unbelievably shady way to run any sort of business and while I know it can't be easy to maintain a good public image while boosting people's car, this is rife with corruption and poor handling of basic issues.
