Paid through the machine which is $10 and parking for up to 9 hours, car was only there for 2 hours looked on bank account and was double charged. I’ve been trying to call and get money back but keep getting voicemails

Not sure why they have so many neg reviews. Booked online. When I arrived a very nice lady told me where to park. The van pulled up a moment after. To the airport quick. Had a little trouble finding the pick up place. My fault, not theirs. But another nice lady helped me by phone. As we were walking down I saw the van leave. Again my fault. Within 5-10 mins another van came. I was 15 mins late from the booking time. Wasn’t charged for the extra time. Every employee I came in contact with was nice and professional. My first time using a parking shuttle. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to all the employees. You definitely made my flying experience better.

Great concert by Kristian Bush & Rita Wilson at Center Stage was destroyed by Elite Parking experience. Parked in lower level below venue so dark you could not see lines for spaces. Paid $10 parking fee from machine. Returned after concert to find car booted. Called number on sticker attached to window. Waited 30 minutes for Elite rep to show up. He said we were parked over line even though only a motor cycle could have fit in the small space next to us. Cost $75 to remove boot. Less than 10% of spaces on this level were even occupied. A great evening was destroyed by Elite Parking predatory parking practices. We will never again park at any venue where Elit Parking is the designated parking for the event venue.

I had a really good experience. New company, minority own...the lady checked me in....and the drivers were helpful and nice as well. Will definitely use them again, and recommend!

Parked at Center Stage with Kristen Bush and Rita wilson. Concert was FANTASTIC but my experience with Elite Parking ruined my evening. After paying for parking, my car was booted! Why? Cause I was little over painted lines which u could hardly see! It was very dark. Garage was dark. NEVER park at Elite Parking again.
