ABSOLUTELY do NOT park here. If you are going to, I recommend using the valet service. Only by the kind valet parking assistant did we manage to pull out of parking after creating a long line at the exit because the machine wasn’t reading the card (we parked on our own). We pressed help and the person on the other end repeated the same instructions written on the machine, and when we told her it did not work, she told us to make sure the magnetic strip was clear of any dirt and try again...really?

Was forced to pay a RIDICULOUSLY ABSURDLY high parking fee to get out of the lot on a Sunday after dinner at Seasons 52. No fees posted-no manager on site to help. I will NEVER park or patron there again!!! Same on you!!!

The absolute worst. I have called and emailed them. Over the past week because I was double charged at the Emory hospital parking deck. Not once have they attempted to return any of my messages. Next step is to go see them in person which I have no problems doing. I originally gave them a one star because I did not receive any return calls from them. I was finally to get a live person who sounded concerned and was able to help. As she send an email for me she provided a number as well and with that number I spoke to another person who actually helped me with no problem. For that I will give them a 3.5. Because it's so hard to get in contact with them.
