Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics

Wish I could post a zero. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant front desk staff, never even said hello. The front desk person's first words to me were "What you need?" When I told them I was referred on a workman's compensation claim the attendant rolled her eyes and told me "Well, you ain't gonna be able to do that today". When I asked her the procedure she got the attention of her manager who was standing behind her. I was the only white person around and did not feel welcome at all. The manager told me if I wanted to be treated there I had to call a third party number, and I asked if I still had to do that if I had been referred by a doctor (across the parking lot). The manager told me if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. So I did.

Front desk staff friendly, efficient and created a spot for me to return for an urgent concern. Clinician, Chris, was above the top in making sure my neck brace was right for my need. He created a brace that conforms specifically to my problem. He did not stop adjusting until it was right. He was professional and personable and l truly believe he is knowledgeable in his clinical role and experienced in skill. I highly recommend Hanger Clinic.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hanger Clinic to get my much needed orthotics. The office was set up to protect from the COVID-19 virus using masks and sanitation. I was able to make an appointment with the least amount of exposure to other patients although they were appropriately spaced. Marty was the person that measured my foot and fit me with the orthotics. He answered my questions completely. I am now the happy owner of orthotics for the first time and adjusting to them. I find they are helping my feet feel stronger and, of course, relieve the pain I was having.
