I been 2 years now and the Business Services side is always Busy ( good for them ) but always slow at the same time. Theres always 1 person working there. I never see 2 or more people working there. And theres always a line. Its hard to do business when you need to wait in line more then 20 min. I would like for them to hire more people and have a little bit less waiting time so I can still doing my business with them.

If I could leave a 0 star I will definitely do. I have been trying to get a print and laminated document for my business since yesterday 11AM. As of today I have come twice to check on the status. They make me do a 30 minutes line every time I go just to tell me it is not ready yet. Employees are very rude and tell different info every time I go there. I have offered to pay in advance, and I have constantly checked on the status of the order. This is unbelievable. I own a small business and try to be as comprehensive as I can, but this attitude is negligent, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was tolerating this place since it has always lacked of basic customer service skills, but now I am actively looking for other stores to do my business with because I do not want to come back again.

Horrible service at this location find a better business to shop with. I picked up a gift card for a coworker at this location, only to find out after gifting that the first 8 digits of the cc numbers were illegible and the card had a defect to it. This is the type of card that the pin can not be set without the 16 digit cc number. I returned to the location and was directed to a manger Joesph, who was very rude and dismissive. I do not know who this guy thinks he is, and I should have corrected his attitude myself but I had to resolve the issue and get back to work, but today I have time. This guy should not be in the service/retail industry with this air and approach to people. Joesph the manger & “Leadership†of this location tried to blame me for the gift cards defect, and treated me horribly throughout the whole process. He tried to shrug me off through another employee by saying the pin could be set by using the purchase barcode number and not the 16 digits cc that wasn’t completely there, and after showing him it could not be done he than wasted my time by making a 30 min phone call to verify the $200 was still on the gift card. Knowing that he could have just charged it at his stores POS to verify and easily have sold me a non defective card. I would have said this to him but I can tell by how he treated me that he wouldn’t believe anything I told him anyway. I just knew I would get an apology once the card company verified funds in full, but I should have know better. Instead he spends the next 15 minutes on the phone trying to guess the missing 8 numbers with the card company rep, because they can only verify 6 over the phone. He than hands me his best guess of the missing digits and walks away without an apology, a sorry for the inconvenience, or thanks for your time or patronage. The funniest part is this Joseph the manger has this air like he is smarter than everyone, but the fool didn’t even deduce they right numbers, lucky I figured it out on my own with leading digits the card company verified. First time shopping here & last time shopping here, and in case you are wondering ..,Yes! I am very much a African-American male, and yes it very well could have been part of the reason in Joseph’s approach to me as a consumer. It’s just the reality of the world we live in and I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t pick up hints of this from him. Granted I wasn’t dressed like an educated professional, but I shouldn’t have to be in order to warrant respect and regard. I write all this in case others have experienced the same or will in the future with this “leader†fir Office Depot/max. I bet if the company investigates/questions his employees or customers who have come across him, or even just watches him closely they be surprised what they find about his approach to human beings. Joesph needs to change or change careers based on my interaction with him.
