Sheryl is amazing! She holds you accountable and teaches you how to eat for your body. She really helped me pinpoint exactly what it was that I was doing wrong, something that seemed small was causing significant weight change for me. I highly recommend!

I have known Sheryl for over 25 years and recently reconnected at a mutual friends wedding. Sheryl convinced me to get back on her program in preparation for my daughters wedding in 2 weeks time and I am happy to say that I feel great again and am 10 pounds down.
