I booked the suite and came to check in 3/9/25 at 5:30 pm to find out suite not ready because a platinum member asked for late check out and room not cleaned yet.. I am a Marriott member too and regardless the room should be ready by check in time. Manager was so rode and offered me to get a regular room without being nice about it.. take it or leave it approach.. not professional.. I end up asking to stay in a regular room till my suite is ready. Customer service was horrible and not respectful manager that I would keep in property.. I own businesses and definitely that is not a skills of manger I would keep. Other than that, hotel was clean, nice and I would recommend for others

AC Hotels are becoming my favorite brand by Marriott. This location is perfectly located. Its nearby (walking distance) to shops and restaurants. The hotel property is beautiful and has a great scent & the staff is friendly. The rooms are very clean with wood floors so no weird odors from old carpets. The rooms were also spacious. My only complaint was the WiFi service. The connect was very slow and kicked me off most of my stay. I ended up having to use my own data. However this was an amazing stay. I will stay here each time I am in Atlanta.

Nice and relaxed. Perfect location for shopping and dining, a lot of places are in walkable distance. Clean, comfortable, good interior designs. I enjoyed staying there.
