David is AWESOME! The Atlanta housing market has been extremely competitive lately, making it especially difficult for first-time homebuyers. However, David made the house-hunting and bidding process much more comfortable for us. One of David's best qualities is his honesty. Being first-time homebuyers, my wife and I did not know much about the real estate market. It really helped us that David was always frank about the pros and cons of all the houses we saw with him. His openness helped me and my wife make an informed decision when it came to making house bids. David is also extremely hardworking. Whenever a house popped up on the market, we would let David know immediately, and he would have an appointment set up to see the house within the hour. He is also extremely responsive to calls, texts, and emails at all hours of the day, which we greatly appreciated. And last, but not least, David is an excellent negotiator and skilled communicator. Both qualities helped my wife and I make a competitive bid that was not higher than the market value of the house. We would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a home!

David was very responsive, knowledgeable of real estate, gave great recommendations/suggestions, and made my home buying experience FUN! He answered all of my questions (and there were many since I was a first-time homebuyer) and always gave me a realistic perspective, which was helpful. He's also very well connected, which was appreciated. I'd work with him again!

AMAZING!!! You wont find a better realtor than David. David came highly recommended when I was looking to purchase a property years ago and I quickly found out why. I felt like I had my brother helping me, always looking out for my best interests. I had a great time looking at places with him, he pointed out the good and the bad, keeping my expectations in line. When it was time to sell there was no one else I would even consider calling but David. He came by my place, told me what I needed to do to get the place ready to list, and went over what to expect. We had my condo under contract in a matter of days from its listing date. I only have one problem, I moved out of state so David cant help me find my next place. Let David help you and I promise you will not be disappointed.
