As a first-time homebuyer there were so many parts of the process I did not knowand I studied quite a bit before entering the market! Shannon and her team helped me break it down step-by-step. They made sure I understood and agreed with each decision before moving forward. She really listened to what I valued in a property, and then once wed found my dream place, she advised when to push and when to compromise. We have used Shannon to buy two houses and sell one and will absolutely use her again in the future. I cannot recommend her enough. Her knowledge of the area is excellent, which allowed us to both bid competitively and maximize our sale price. After we closed on our house but before we moved in, she met with contractors to get quotes for us. She also continues to be a great resource for finding local contractors, plumbers, etc. Personally, she is very pleasant to work with and made the process much less stressful.
