Lukas and his team were very efficient and it was easy to work with them, considering I was an out of state buyer who was very new to the experience. Lukas and his team made my first time home buying experience seamless and pain free. They provide the utmost care and a highly personal touch during the process. Honestly, with his experience he knows what you want better than you do. In my current building, I was considering getting a unit on a lower floor (that was cheaper) with an okay floor plan. However, during the tours we came back across a unit (that was more expensive) on a higher floor and the most breathtaking view. I was hesitant at first but Lukas recommended I go for the unit with the better view because of the appreciation potential and resale value. I trusted him and he was absolutely right! I could not have been happier with my decision based on his guidance.
