Kendra and her team were AWESOME! They were extremely fast, professional, and answered any and every question I had. One of her assistants, Tina, continuously checked in just in case I had any questions. The process was smooth. I contacted Kendra on 9/1 and was able to see a home in a neighborhood that I mentioned to her that day! We closed 9/24. If you like for things to get done, Kendra is the one!

Exceptional! I cant say enough positive things about Kendra! As a first time home buyer, she held my hand from beginning until now. The initial consultation she had with me, was SO helpful and helped ease my anxiety with buying a home (especially in this seller's market). She was very transparent, kind and knowledgeable! She was on top of everything when it came to finding homes in my price range, scheduling viewings, scheduling the house inspection and making sure I had all my ducks in a row for the purchase. However, more than anything Kendra has the kindest heart. Seriously, not once did I feel pressured or in the dark about anything! She made sure to contact me during the holidays, and also made sure I was at peace during every step of the process. She's also very responsive (a plus, plus, plus)!! I can't thank her enough for everything! She helped me find the home of my dreams. I highly recommend Kendra and her team (I can go on and on about them as well lol). You wont be disappointed! As a first-generation & first-time homebuyer, we were very nervous about this process and felt so inadequate at the beginning of the process. Kendra and her team are big on education so we became very hopeful that we would find a home in today's market as we became more educated. When we experienced a few bumps on the journey, Kendra and her team always found a way or gave us options and resources to get us through the next steps. They are great communicators, work fast and efficient, very responsive, and thorough. When we finally found a home in Kennesaw, Kendra's negotiation skills help us stand out which eventually got us chosen out of all the buyers. She is truly a market expert and knows her stuff!
