Jennifer Wilt - Real Estate Agent

I wanted to post so that I can share my positive experiences in doing business with Jennifer. We were connected when I requested information about a property listed on Zillow. I knew absolutely nothing about real estate at that point but, like many others, was convinced that I could flip houses. Jennifer suffered, with a smile, for a long time before I found a project that I could take on. It was something totally different than what I originally set out to do but it was a start. Jennifer provided exceptional representation throughout the entire process and continues to do so today. Yesterday, I closed on my second rental property and Jennifer crafted an offer that was perfect. The property had many offers, but the blend of give and take in the offer that Jennifer put together won us the property. Thank you Jennifer. 2 down, many more to go!

Jennifer was the best real estate agent you could ask for. She helped us look for around a year and made herself available whenever we needed. She goes above and beyondand I say that knowing that I was a very demanding buyer. If there was 10 stars that I could give, I would!if you need someone who is personable and will go the extra mile, Jennifer is the real estate agent for you!

Jennifer is a gem! She was always ready to take us to new showings as soon as the house hit the market and didnt even flinch at the number of homes we requested to see. In the end, she found us the perfect home and helped us secure it against multiple other competitive offers. Jenn is a real state/Atlanta neighborhood/home ownership expert all rolled into one, and shell probably become one of your lifelong friends in the process. I cant recommend her enough.

My partner and I worked with Jennifer to secure our first home. Not only were Jennifer and her team very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, homes, and auxillary services like mortgage servicers and title lawyers, they were also incredibly open to speaking with us about all those small first-time-homebuyer questions without making us feel ridiculous for asking. This increased our confidence in the process immensely. With Jennifer's guidance, we were able to secure the first home we put an offer in on MONTHS ahead of schedule, and it had all of our must-have too!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. I can't imagine venturing into first-time home-buying without her. She is meticulously organized and, with each new step towards completing the transaction, has a way of keeping you from feeling overwhelmed by it all. She has gone above-and-beyond for us in the not-so-easy task of buying from across the country (including coordinating with contractors for us despite, no doubt, having showings for other clients ever day). Would absolutely recommend her, and, should we ever buy again, use her again! Jennifer is the best!
