Rent Recovery Solutions

I paid my account on a Friday, with Monday being a holiday. I was told on Friday that my account person was out of town, but that on Tuesday they would be able to send an email stating my account was paid, but it wouldn't show up on my credit report for 2-3 business days. I called on Tuesday because I did not see my email. They told me they couldn't send an email for 2-3 business days. I could end up homeless because they can't write a simple three-sentence email that states, "This consumer paid their debt. They are now paid off." It's disheartening that a simple email can't be written to ensure someone won't be homeless.

This company credited a settlement to a different account and were completely useless in providing an efficient way to reverse the transaction. Zero customer service.

Mike Smith is the worst agent i had to deal with. He provided little to know information to resolve the account and was very rude. When you ask to speak with a supervisor or someone higher they tell you it doesnt exist. The worst company i have ever had to deal with. I was able to get my issue resolved through Mrs. Gamble but not before dealing with two extremely rude and incompetent workers beforehand.

The worst company ever. Will ask for a payment but fails to provide you with documentation after they receive their money. No one ever answers the phone and the case Manager Ms. Holloway is rude. This company needs to be shut down.

Worse company ever I paid my account last year and then they told me they will report on my credit NEVER DID they sent me another letter asking for more moneyyyy!!!!
