        Gwen the nurse had me waste 3 hours of my day to fix a problem with my medication that the surgeon said would be fixed if I came in to the office. When I arrived I was told by the surgeon that there was nothing they could do and I would need to see my PCP about it. All of that information could have been relayed on the original phone call and would have prevented me from making a very painful 2 hour round trip. It also took calling and leaving messages 3 different times before I received a call back.

        Dr. Ramsey removed my gallbladder and there were no complications.!! The staff nurse Carolyn and Dr. Kohler were all very professional and took care of my every need. The nurse Marjorie and Sajurn were also the best nurses I have had!!
