I can never speak to a person. My calls never get returned. My surgery is one week away and yet no one from surgery scheduling will call me.

The staff are so friendly, fun, and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. I really chose an awesome team to perform my life changing surgery. I am truly grateful

This practice has been so accommodating and has helped me every step of my weightless journey. Very busy practice, i found that emailing or using the portal to comminate was very effective and much faster. Overall I very happy and would recommend to all my friends. I see Dr McDaniel for non surgical weight loss.

I just wanted to give you all some feedback on your new patient scheduling process. The process is a little frustrating, redundant, and unprofessional/sketchy (for lack of a better word). I'm pretty tech savvy so I completed all the needed information via the portal and just needed to schedule an appointment. First issue is the number on your site for the Atlanta clinic does not take you to anyone (it just rings). Ok, maybe your lines are always busy but if that is the case, develop a form that people can easily use to request an appointment. Second+ issue(s), I used the "Chat" option on the website that had someone call you back at your convenience. Sounds great, but they do not call at the time windows you asked them to call, they call from numbers that are flagged as spam, and it seems like this call back communication is outsourced which is fine but the people are rude. Rude people calling from spam flagged numbers asking about your personal information and requesting you send your information to some random email that says nothing about beltline health in the address is a security red flag. The process seemed sketch so I told the person to book the appointment and I would enter any personal information on the portal (eek, yes they made me give them my credit card information over the phone to hold the appointment so I am frantically monitoring it for suspicious activity now) . They insisted that I had to call them back and tell them the information, which did not make sense because I can enter the information myself into the system/portal and if they are supposed to have access to it they will be able to view it on their end. This whole process made me really uncomfortable and concerned about if this was a legit health facility and if I need to be concerned about the security of my data on the portal and with the people who are handling my data on these calls. In today's environment, it would be greatly appreciated if you all took note and made adjustments to be sure those who are most vulnerable and not tech savvy are protected by security protocols/policies and that there are parameters in place to reduce the risk of patient information getting in the wrong hands.

Started my journey with Beltline on March 7thand I have not been scheduled for surgery yet no one answers the phone at the ATL office.no one return calls from Daily voicemail messages.had to take off from work and drove to get medical record for my pcp approval letter. As of today I am tentative/have to recheck your ins becuz ur self pay, Beltline has had my ins card since March. Surgery is a covered benefit it took me 6mins thru ins portal. Now discussing my options with Emory Bariatric, I will need to start this journey OVER again I will need my entire Medical Record.I am @ a STALL .very disappointed
