Emory Clinic at 1365 Clifton Road - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

First they told me it wasn't the issue because they didn't think that could cause it (CT Scan says different), just wanted to pass the buck. Walked out while I was asking questions and completely ignored my concerns about my two broken teeth.

They are the BOMB I had to get 8 extractions which included 3 wisdom teeth that I had an impacted canine and so on they were so welcoming dr drew and her team answered all questions and made me feel comfortable at a time I was very much nervous since it was my first surgery. After surgery they prescribed me every medication I would need and I had no post op surgery pain at all mouth just felt a little weird probably because of my braces but anywho thanks a lot Emory you guys are the best

Derrick; the person that schedules new patient appts is the absolute best. He was so sweet and helpful with scheduling my daughters first appt. He made sure I had all of my questions answered. I hope the rest of our experience is as good as my phone call with Derrick.

I have Neva seen a Dr. and some of his team so unprofessional in my life. If you call with a problem no one will call you back. I have one star for the ladies that answer the phone they are nice and did there job. I had a MRI done I was told out the doctors mouth my results would be back in a day or two he would call me about the results. From there he would schedule a video conference to discuss what the game plan would be. Now my results are back I can see them in my portal still waiting for someone to call me and tell me what they say. I call they say he will discuss them with my appointment which is a month away. Whos wants that why would I want to wait a whole month for results? A simple 3-5min call Like I was promise. But noooooo now I have to wait. I have called 5x no one calls me back!!!

Dr. Drew was PERFECT! However I have had to wait for more than 45mins on hold for someone to just tell me they would get someone else to call me back. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and now has an infection, causing a lot of pain. I have had to take her to our primary care and pay for an extra dental visit. This is un heard of for Emroy in most cases. We are still waiting on our call back after 7hours. Infections in the mouth are very serious. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD KNOW THAT! UPDATE: I Finally received a call back at 6:15 pm where they still did not have a answer as to when we cld see the Dr. By 7pm we were set for an appointment an 10:00am. Completely a system brake down. Hopefully the next time anyone needs to go use Emory oral surgery they will have a better experience. UPDATE : We got to our appointment and my daughter was not on the schedule for 10am. This just keeps getting better.
