The doctor tries to pressure you into taking the wrong meds. He gave my son two diff meds that made him super angry. Paxil and something else the second time. I left and never went back.

So thankful I found the doctors here to help me get back on track. I read the last review left on here and totally disagree . You are not refused to be seen if you do not have the support . I’ve been seen here without the support and don’t regret it. I guess there are just those that you can’t make happy but don’t believe the review . The doctors here are wonderful and very knowledgeable and great to have in our area . I’ve been coming here since I was 25 and am almost 40 and don’t know where I would be without these people . You don’t need a support system to be seen by doctors it’s nice to have but you aren’t turned away by that reason. I’m functioning wonderfully now with a few hiccups in the road but the care i get from Emory you can’t beat and won’t find elsewhere . Emory and choa has kept me going for 39 years ! I’m thankful for each and every person apart of my team! You won’t go wrong coming to the autism center !

This agency (Emory Autism Center) discriminated against my friend who is autistic, because he is effected by the abuse of his parents and was traumatized by it. This agency refused my friend treatment because he didn't have supportive parents. My friend is an adult, he doesn't have to have his parents at all times. Close this imbecilic company down. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am autistic myself and no autistic person deserves to be turned down for things that they can't control. My friend can't help the trauma his parents and society has caused him. Why are you reiterating that abuse and pretending that you are any better than his parents? Why are you acting a if his autism doesn't exist because he has PTSD? You bunch of incompetents. Someone needs to stop these gatekeepers from discriminating against another traumatized autistic person. We as autistic people need support. The whole purpose of setting an appointment with you, is to get support. Yet, this company denied my friend, for "not having support". You crude incompetent people, he came to you for support because he has none. Your company is an abomination to autistic life and should stop falsely advertising on your website, especially if you have the audacity to encourage discrimination. You deserve to be sued and shut down. You deserve to lose your credentials for what you have done. I will make this known to the public, gatekeepers. Discriminate at your own risk.
