This is theeee worst not doctors office but PLACE I have ever been to in my entire life!! May 6th, 2019

This place is awful. They overbook like most places with black workers and it's ridiculous. It should literally be illegal to overbook medical appointments. You're actually seen maybe 30 minutes if you're getting the medical procedure but no matter which procedure you WILL be there for 3 hours at the least. The prescription they gave me wouldn't be taken by any pharmacy I went to because it looked funny and had things crossed all out. The girl taking my vitals was very unprofessional about the whole thing telling me her opinion on the procedure, it was honestly just a mess. Do not go here. 0 stars. Overbooking is simply telling your patients you have no consideration for their time. Disgusting. Jan 21st, 2019

The most unprofessional, untimely, facility I have ever visited. The staff was rude, the practices borderline unethical. I have never witnessed anything so terrible. If you need care avoid this establishment for your own piece of mind. I would give them no star...BUT. Sep 18th, 2018

I went to the location at Mercer University Dr for an abortion. I think it's called Dunwoody Women's something or other.Ladies: DO NOT GET THE LOCALIZED ANESTHESIA. DON't DO IT. GET PUT UNDER. I got the local where they give you a stupidly small dose of oral xanax (I thought it would at least be IV) and they supposedly use lidocaine to numb the cervix. I felt literally everything and it was the single most agonizing, traumatizing experience of my life. I was screaming the whole procedure. And for post op? They only give you ibuprofen. That's it. Like that will do anything for pain that is that bad. I'm not sure if this is a Georgia thing, or something specific to this place.I had this procedure done once before in Virginia. There, I wasn't put under but given an IV med that made me extremely pleasant and loopy. I didn't feel a thing. I thought it would be the same here but NOPE. I was also then given a two week prescription for hydrocodone at the place in Virginia. My recovery was just fine there. I would not recommend this place because they clearly don't care about controlling their patient's pain. Find somewhere else that will prescribe the meds needed for to make your recovery as pain free as possible. Hours later and I am still traumatized from the pain, still in absolute agony and since I have no health insurance, I can't call my doctor to get something better. I am miserable and I blame it all on their lack of adequate pain control. Jul 6th, 2016

I went to the Mercer office on a Sat morning, yesterday.I got an appointment easily, you can get an appointment for almost any time. But this should give the signals of some problems already. My appointment was at 9:45. I got there before time, a long line in font of the door welcomed me with no explanations. I waited there at least half an hour, I was anxious about missing my appointment, I called them and they said "don`t worry". Later on, we understood that the line was for the sign up of drivers accompanying the patients. So, the welcome was awful. For an abortion you don`t eat and drink after midnight. I got there at 9:45 am and waited till 5:30 pm till I got my operation. Sounds unbelievable right? It was. No eating and drinking for 17 hours. The doctor arrived at noon. So all the waiting till noon was the sign up, processing of your documents, which did not count. The processing, which they say 3-6 hours starts after the medical stuff arrives! So afternoon, the labs and tests started. 36 patients and their accompanies are stuffed into a little room with closed black blinds, with a loud TV and almost no air to breathe. I barely did not faint. I was called inside back and forth about 6-7 times for every minor thing like urine sample, blood test, pressure and weight, ultrasound. No systematic procedure or organized process flow. The only positive thing was, the stuff were relatively kind but you could feel the exhaustion of working at such an awful and overloaded work.Just one doctor and a few stuff did 36 abortions in 6 hours. This was itself a questioning issue for the quality and security of the process for all of us.Abortion is horrible itself but this place made it a nightmare. We became friends with all the patients because we were kind of freaked out all day, sharing such an unbelievably horrible experience. Just because we waited all day long and wanted to get over with our pregnancy made us stand this brutal treatment.I don`t think this place will be better any time soon, therefore, all I can suggest is, if you have nowhere else to go, DO NOT GO AT THE WEEKEND!. Otherwise you`ll have the worst day of your life. A day to forget! Jan 16th, 2016
