Piedmont Physicians of Buckhead - 35/775 - CLOSED

I previously patient dr Kirlew with her leaving practice moved to another dr. I am cancer survivor, requires monthly b12 shots. Made appt for today may 21st when chanced new dr. Office has no record of appt. I talked to three different people trying to confirm appt at 10:45. Still have not had return call. This place is a disaster, I really don’t think anyone their cares for patients. With Piedmont wealth one would think they could afford more stay. I confirm this is a disaster I wonder if anyone is incharge

Dr. Paul told me that I would have my prescription filled. That was on Monday today is Wednesday. I left a message on the my chart website, no answer. Called well before their 3 o’clock cut off time to return calls the same day, never got a callback. Called the next morning was told by staff that I would get a call, never got a callback. Literally have to go up there to get a paper prescription and get my answer about questions for my lab results this place sucks, don’t go here. I won’t again.

Didn’t see doctor until 9:30am. No explanation for delay, and his care felt disingenuous and rushed.
