My recent experiences at Dr.Bhansali office were deeply disappointing. As someone who is hard of hearing, I expected a level of understanding and support, but instead encountered dismissive and disrespectful behavior from the staff during multiple varied visits. The incident where my credit card was thrown down at me was just one example of the mistreatment I faced. I had to greet staff on multiple occasions. During these interactions I was told by a receptionist that the leading representative that never greeted my got many complaints regarding her attitude and lack of service. Despite the high costs of my procedures, the lack of basic respect and empathy overshadowed any positive aspects of the services rendered. I truly feel as once they expedited my surgery, they were prompt to show how minimal my value as a patient was even faster. As a result, I have been compelled and forces to seek care elsewhere. Which is extremely outlandish due to the fact I just had surgery under the hands of Dr. Bhansali on 10/20/2023 I hope this feedback encourages a reevaluation of patient care and respect at [Doctors Name] office. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA, EEOC, BBB, and State Attorney. Regretfully, Shanell

Dr. Bhansali diagnosed and treated my Meniere's disease. I highly recommend him.
