Oh goodness! Doug was so responsive! I locked my cars in the car of all places. I realized my mistake and I never leave my keys in the car because that’s how I lock it! I was determined to get the keys out of the car myself. I finally gave up. Doug was so friendly. He’s like don’t look so grumpy! It happens all the time! I was leaving training! My morning was bad. I stood there and leaned my head on the car, praying! God sent an Angel my way today in Doug! He’s like it’ll be ok the entire time! I couldn’t get anything right for payment. Poor guy! I was crying my eyes out, but he was like it’ll be ok and from Tucker to McDonough is a long way, but I made it with Dougs’ help! Please give them a call! You won’t be sorry! I’m going back because I need keys made. 😃😃🤣

Doug was great! Service was quick, friendly, and professional--Doug got me sorted out with a new set of vehicle keys at a much lower price than i expected. Thanks Doug!

I called and told the receptionist my issue and she said she’d have a tech reach back out me. He did within 10 minutes and then arrived in 30 after we spoke. He was friendly, helpful, and respectful. His name was Cody and I 10/10 recommend you request him. Thank youu

I asked the lady on the phone for a quote. Sunday the 22. She gave me the price between $150 And 180. I asked what precisely what the difference depends on. She said the chip and the molding of the key or the car. I asked what are the chip and what is the molding. She responds I don't know. I asked for her to speak to someone who can tell me more about the cost and what those words mean because she didn't want to find out for herself the product that is contingent on costs. I give one star because the dispatcher hung up the phone and wasn't able to explain the terms she was using to quote price for service.
