Mr. Upshaw is my neighbor and he saved the day! On a cold winter afternoon, I locked myself out the house. He was very friendly and continued to reassure me that he could solve my problem. While visiting my son locked his keys in his car. I received their number from a friend. From the time Mr. Upshaw answered the phone it was professional and friendly. He assured me he would be at my location in a short period of time. He arrived within 15 mins and was able to unlock the car in no time. The stress we felt being unable to get in the car was worth the new found professional I met. If I am ever in need of a locksmith again, they will be the first one I contact. Service: Auto locksmith
