Wandering Wifi

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! you have one job, wifi. you "provide" wifi service. I use pilot/flying j truck stops on a daily basis. I can honestly say that I've never experienced good wifi service from you. you charge outrageous prices for a service that is mediocre at best. you should be ashamed of your product. I call it theft when I get charged for something I don't receive. Numerous calls to customer "care" and many years of patiently waiting for quality service has been a fruitless waste of time and money. I'll be spreading the word starting with the BBB

I normally don't write reviews, but today has been a very troubling experience. To say the least my cell phone died and all I have is my laptop with a head-set which normally allows me to get things done. My expectation was to check into the hotel , go to my room and make some quick calls from my computer. Unfortunately because of the horrible internet connection no one can hear me on the other end of the call or the connection drops as I am trying to dial. In fact this page I am using to write this review timed out a few times ... I am at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Midtown 20th floor, I hope someone takes action to resolve the speed issues at this location , so that I can write a second review of how responsive your company is.
