Clifton Alston: Allstate Insurance

Clifton recently took over my insurance policy for my home, truck, bike and more. He started off by giving me a fantastic quote and coverage right from the start, was extremely helpful and quick at getting me transitioned and making sure I had everything I needed. We had some small issues with my homeowners policy due to some things out of Clifton’s control but Clifton remained in constant communication with me assuring me the issue would be resolved, and within a few days Clifton had everything fixed without any delays or issues on my end. It has been a delight working with Clifton and his team so far and would highly recommend this agency

I switched from GEICO to Allstate in the summer of 2019 because Allstate had a much better price for me. I pay about $130 a month for both my car and my renter's insurance through Allstate. I don't have to call Allstate that often, but when I do for various reasons, Clifton always gets back to me either later the day I call or first thing the next morning. Clifton has been super friendly, courteous, and professional to me every time I've called him and he always takes care of me. I like having the option of the 24/7 Allstate main phone line in case I ever needed it, but since I never crash my car I also really like having a local agent that I can call for minor questions and help because it feels more like a friendly, personal relationship. I would definitely recommend Clifton as an insurance agent to my friends.
