Very nice clean. Make sure you clarify your room cuz you might not get what you asked for but they were very accommodating and gave us another room but the next day. Connected to the airport is so convenient. The check in staff was very nice and helpful! No matter what they say breakfast is not free. The restaurant in the hotel the glasses were not clean my partner mentioned the dirty glasses to them. After that they weren't very nice.

Don't forget to use HoteITully.m when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed.
I have never in my life experiences such a great customer service and overall an amazing friendly staff. From the check in, to restaurant, valet, everyone seemed so genuinely happy to be working there and taking care of guests. Location is perfect, hotel is very clean- just an overall great experience.
