We love our home built by Gus Pounds Homes. It was the most beautiful home on the market, has many incredible thought out features, and fits our family well. They also did an additional project in our home, and it's stayed on budget. Would recommend them!

Gus was very professional and was very much a caring listener to define my needs and I trusted his advice and my wife and my total experience with him and his entire team was very enjoyable.We love our new home. Please come clean the trash left on you're empty lot on Hardendorf St. In the lake Claire neighborhood. I'm sick of looking at the pile of rotting wood, angle iron, and overflowing trash cans every day when I walk my dog!

This was my first time building and I could not be happier with my forever home! It’s customized to fit my needs, truly unique, and the quality exceeds anything else I’ve seen on the market. The entire team did an exceptional job throughout the entire process. My expectations were properly managed on the front end. The finished product surpassed said expectations. If you’re looking to build or buy a new home, I recommend you look no further than Gus Pounds Homes!

We have recently built a home with Gus Pound homes and we cannot speak highly enough of the quality of our home and our experience. From the selection of the building lot to the follow up since we have moved in, PH listened to our wishes and helped us create the home we wanted. This was not the first home we have built, so we came to Gus with some experience and quite a few custom design elements that we wanted. The team was happy to work with us to implement our ideas while adding their expertise to ensure our visions were realized. We were especially pleased with how honest and fair the process was. If there was a standard item that we did not want, we were given a fair credit for the item and if there was something extra, we did want the cost estimates were well within reasonable for what we were asking. There were absolutely no hidden costs or surprises. If asked if we would build with GP again, we would say without hesitation that we would do it again in a heartbeat!! Thank you GPH – we could not be happier.
