Great townhome community. These new construction townhomes are beautiful and spacious. Homes come with many upgrades and extremely nice finishes! Friendly neighbors and an amazing Beazer staff! A true gem!

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Beazer Homes is responsive and gets things done in a timely manner for the most part. Yes a couple of hiccups here and there but it is to be expected and with the pandemic I’d say overall good job. Neighborhood meh 😒 but overall quiet and peaceful. Never that I’d move to the south side but I’m here. Overall the neighbors are decent and respectful with a couple of I’ll say unique individuals. No I agree with the other review. “The HOA rules are not followed. The gate after 8pm is Not closed consistently and homeowners constantly park on the street and one car that has been in an accident is parked in driveway but still an eyesore. Hopefully HOA will get it together. Beazer overall I give a thumbs up 👍 we will see in a year!!
