        I had an issue that was arguable as to whether it was within the warranty period or outside the warranty period. They could very easily have made a case to not cover the issue but they did the right thing. They completed the repair under warranty and handled it with a high degree of professionalism. I was pleased with how this issue was handled and resolved.
