We have used this company on several occasions. Another company installed an integrated system that included video, whole house Sonos and more. After having several problems and terrible customer service, a friend recommended AA&T. We couldn't be happier. All our problems were taken care of on their first visit. We used them again to upgrade our video and media. They were punctual, professional and courteous. We will use them again.

@Audio, Automation and Theater has been my "go-to" vendor for 2 channel audio and home theater solutions for almost a decade. Over the years I have worked with them on several projects, ranging from small to large in scale. There's a reason I keep coming back: whether the job was as simple as wall mounting a flat screen TV or as complex as a complete home theater system--this team has never let me down. A home theater project was most recently completed with them, and they really did a fantastic job on the system. It looks and sounds AMAZING, and we have received nothing but compliments from friends and family that have visited us and experienced the room. My wife (who was bit skeptical that we needed a home theater to begin with) is the now the room's biggest fan -- it truly feels special and is a lot of fun for us several times a week. They couldn't have made the process any easier and straight forward. I worked directly with Kevin to design the system, who provided great recommendations for equipment and design that worked within my family's fixed budget. He was extremely passionate about the system design, and it was very clear that things should be done the right way or not at all -- there's no cutting corners with this team. Once the details were nailed down (we had several natural revisions), they were able to come out and pre-wire.. Followed by system installation, configuration, and a review to ensure I was happy with the system and didn't have any unresolved questions. The process was extremely professional, orderly, on budget, and without any delays. To be honest, the technician that did our wire management has some incredible patience and skill - he organized things very nice clean. True professionals. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

I really like what they design for us, they listen to what we want, and then they went thoroughly to explain what they think we need and it was exactly so. I could see how knowledgeable and experienced they are. Custom programing the Crestron app just for our system seamed a breeze for this guys. When they ware done, all was functioning as expected and it is invisible, which is exactly what we want it. Just awesome!

My husband and I heard that this company was the best! This was the worst of the worst experience with a contracted company that we have ever had. Last year we paid over $6K or more to have a TV and Sonos soundbar placed in our home and not only were overcharged by this company, but when I called two times last year to adjust the TV as it was not aligned properly, they never responded. We were later sent a certified letter from their attorney, Sara Eslami and were stunned. When I sent Sara an email to letter her know that I left two messages for someone at AA&T to call me back, but no return call, she responded that she would speak with her client and get back with me. This was 10/2015. No response until 4 1/2 months later, when she sent yet another letter, this time threatening to take us to court if we did not remit balance to her client. I advised her and AA&T that we will gladly remit balance when work is completed satisfactorily. They did not hang the TV properly and needed to be adjusted. Sara sent me over 10 emails arguing with me and costing AA&T unnecessary money and time disputing an issue that we tried to resolve 5 months ago. On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, AA&T sent two technicians who clearly indicated that the TV was off and they disconnected it and hung it back up. It took about 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately, when they unplugged the TV, they disconnected the entire Sonos memory programming. From a customers perspective, they are suppose to be the professionals in this area and make certain that all components are in working order as they were prior to adjusting the TV. They did not, and assumed that it was fine. NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! As I sent in an email to Sara Eslami and to AA&T, this is a referral based industry and companies cannot afford to overcharge or take advantage of customers. It is truly a shame how AA&T chose to conduct their business and worse for the Law firm of Sara Eslami for her continual detrimental conduct that she continuously did at the cost of her clients. Very unprofessional. Finally, I had sent Jaclyn with AA&T an email to resolve this issue in an amicable fashion, and she and I did. Her attorney encouraged her not too, but I do believe that Jaclyn wanted to move this forward and as I indicated several times, this was a waste of time, money on all of our parts and swift resolution was needed. Complete work, balance will be paid and move on to the next customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
