If I can give my experience zero stars I would I had issue with a package and I knew that the only thing that they would be able to assist me with is providing the location of the package so I wasn't expecting anything more I walked in and greeted them good morning and nobody replied as soon as I mentioned I had an issue with a package it seems like everyone got an attitude and didn't want to assist me. There were two female team members no eye contact. I had to pull information out of them. Just a terrible experience. customer service was zilch do better. If you don't want to work then stay home.

Rude and unhelpful.
Walked in to ship several boxes and pick up a print order. The order was printed wrong but I was in a bit of a hurry so I said it was fine. They asked me how many boxes I had and I said 11 and the man was like, oh we cant do that. ???? Sorry? Is this not somewhere you go to ship packages? He said theres only one of us here (there were two of them) and she has to maintain the store (the store was empty besides myself), so we could do maybe 5 of them?
Im just confused.
