I would give 5, but read on...I'm fairly new to GA. I haven't had a Family Practitioner in YEARS. I was a little nervous about finding Dr. in Atlanta because my experience with customerservice so far in Atlanta has not been good. However, Cooke and the staff that assisted her was awesome! Dr. Cooke had a pleasant and comfortable personality (No stiff, straight to business tone). She was very conversational in her questioning trying to learn more about my medical history. She explained everything and listened to what I had to say. I have no issues with Dr. Cooke at all. My visit was perfect up to that point. When it was time for me to get my blood drawn that's when the nightmare started. The woman came to the front, asked if i had signed in. I said "yes" she told me to follow her to the back I sit down, she puts on gloves, wipes my arm with the same alcohol wipe 3 times. Places the tourniquet on my arm. Picks a vein you can barely see on the side of my arm. The vein rolled so she proceeds to move the needle around while in my arm as she searches for the vein. This method was repeated with each tube she had to fill. Meanwhile the tourniquet is STILL on my arm. She could only get 5 tubes. She finally takes the tourniquet off, slaps on a band-aid and i was free. I have TWO bruises on my arm because of her. I have NEVER bruised before. I wouldn't recommend the blood work facility they use.

I love Dr. Cooke because she takes the time to listen. She's not like most doctors who are in a rush to get You out of their office. She's genuinely a nice person and a GREAT Dr.

Love her!!! She advocated for me when it came to my health and wellness. She is very honest, humble, and compassionate. She called me on her off day, after church. Dr. Cooke, Reyna and Ronda have moved mountains for me. I don't know how I could have done anything without them. Been with Dr. Cooke since 2015 and I am staying whether she is in my healthcare network or not. I will pay cash. She's so worth it. R. Johnson

I have been a patient of Dr. Michelle Cooke for severals years. She truly a Blessing to Me. I couldn't have a better choice. She has become a part of my Medical Family for Life. Last she staffed is Fantastic.
