We were happy with the treatment plan and communication for the first couple of years. Unfortunately, the customer service slipped recently. After more than 2 months, we have not received a response to our many phone calls and messages. We are still unsure of the dosage our son should be taking to treat his condition. We are beyond frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

Weve been taking our type 1 diabetic to this practice going back to 2005. Customer service is non existent. The office side of things is just outright horrible. They are unorganized & incompetent. Getting a live person is a difficult. Nobody takes responsibility for dropping the ball. Takes 6-7 follow ups just to get perceptions sent to pharmacies. One visit I communicated the problems directly with Dr. Anderson. He proceeded to tell me that his employees dont make mistakes I must have misunderstood them. If the people at the top dont take responsibility well.....no wonder its such a mess. Dr Anderson himself has a poor bedside manner. He has no problem lecturing you about your child without completely understanding all the issues/facts. Hes not up to date on whats new in the diebtic marketplace. Hes on cruise control to retirement :) If you have another choice, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
