I received notice from the Department of Labor that my old employer was appealing my unemployment benefits from 3 years ago. I had no idea what to do, so I did my research on unemployment lawyers. After some extensive research and a phone consultation with Mr. Fidlon, I knew this was the right firm. Greg understood my concerns and knew exactly what to do without hesitation. During the hearing Greg Fidlon was a rock star and covered all of my concerns and the law substantially against the other party. I do not believe I could have done this on my own. Chinese lady answered the phone and gave no help at all. Worst place ever. Don't ever come here they don't care about black people and actual with disabilities and issues with employment will never get handled unless you're white unfortunately. Such a sad world we live in today.

Fidlon Legal Employment Law Firm Review Clear path Wellness Center was referred to Fidlon through our membership with Legal Shield. Our business had an action brought against us regarding an employment situation and severance pay. After discussing the situation with Greg Fidlon, Managing Attorney, we at Clear Path Wellness agreed that it would be in our best interest to use his services. We sent all our documents, etc. to Mr. Fidlon, as well as giving him a verbal explanation of our situation. Participating in a failed arbitration meeting, it took about 1 year to have the case brought to court. Through out this year, Mr. Fidlon kept Clear Path Wellness updated on any information that he received regarding the case. Based on the current case status, the judgment was in our favor. Mr. Fidlon did an excellent job in preparing us for the court session and letting us know what to expect from the opposition.
