Can't speak to their lawyers service, since I never got past their paralegal. Reason we didn't move forward was they wanted me to send a legal document that had PII in it, unencrypted, to their email. I wouldn't do that and instead sent them a locked PDF and asked that they give me a call for the password. I've used this method back and forth with healthcare providers, financial institutions, but for some reason that was too much to ask of them. Sent two additional emails asking them to call me or when a good time to call them would be, trying to make it as easy as possible for them but still secure for me, but no response. I tried to work with them....that's all I know to do. Moving on to the next one.
