I havent even had my first appointment here and I can tell this wont be a great experience. The scheduler who called me this morning to assist in making my 20 week anatomy scan appointment had a rude attitude and tone of voice from the moment I got on the phone with her. After giving her snarky self all of my info she asked flatly if I had any questions, I asked the ONE question I had and she seemed too pleased to inform me "No and Im welcome to call back closer to appt time" to see if the answer had changed. What is up with rude schedulers? You ruin an experience from the get go. I am already looking to go elsewhere for this appt. If your office staff is rude I can only imagine what the day of experience will be like.

My rating is based solely upon my experience with the billing process for this company. I had no issue with the sonographer or Dr. Gomez, I scheduled my appointment a month in advance. They called to set up the appointment, but no one called to give me information on the billing process until the afternoon before my 9am appointment. They proceeded to tell me that my 20 week ultrasound would cost $414 after insurance even though they are an in-network provider. When asked what specifically my doctor had ordered for me, they couldn't give me an answer. Apparently part of the reason for the price was that the visit counts as an outpatient hospital procedure, which seems totally unnecessary for an ultrasound. Because I was notified of this so late, i went ahead to the appointment . My baby looks perfectly healthy according to the doctor, but they were unable to see everything they wanted to because of her positioning and he wants to see me again in 4 weeks. At checkout, I asked what exactly was ordered for my next visit. She couldn't answer. Ok, am I going to receive a call in advance about pricing? Her answer, she doesn't know who called me before. Maybe Northside, maybe GPC. Can I have a printout of what was done today? She doesn't have that info, call billing. How is it that I had a doctor's appointment and another scheduled but no one in the office can tell me what they are checking for, but will happily charge me $414??? I doubt I will be going back to them for the follow up visits. The whole thing feels like a scam, and I half expect to see bills from GPC and/or Northiside popping up in the mail a few weeks from now.

I was referred by my Ob/Gyn They took almost 3 weeks to finally get me an appointment because they lost my paperwork so my Ob office had to resend. When I finally got to my 1st appointment I spent almost an hour for some social worker or "consultants who basically offered me the menu of services or type of tests that I could have done all to the end let me know they would call me back once insurance approval even when my Ob referral specify the type of tests that I was looking for and I provided my insurance information prior appointment so they could have all set up by the appointment time. My appointment was on November 27th and I'mstill waiting. Luckily my Ob was able to do it so at my 15 week I'm not stressed about it anymore. PS do not go here if you care about fast and efficient customer service.
