Dan and one of his technicians were tasked with helping out with a termite issue at my property I rent. They did a good job, and handled the task at hand quickly. His technician was also very nice and professional.
My only complaint is that Dan did not discuss a date of arrival when we first spoke on Tuesday 30 Mar 2021, he said he would see if they could come out and that was the last I heard. Then Dan and his technician showed up on Thursday 1 Apr 2021 without notice to me. Please make sure you contact the residents of the home with the day you plan to arrive so they may be prepared for you to show up. Service: Termite extermination
