Ive been here several years now and always have a good experience. All the staffs are kind & patient. My favorite though is with Ketina (apologize for the misspell) who cleaned my teeth and I could tell apart the years of experience she has under her belt! ^^

It was the worst experience ever with the manager, Toni, and the female receptionist. Johnathan, the other person up front, is a GEM and is an asset to this office. Smile Envy personnel needs to be versed in Customer Service but I should have known better as soon as they gave me a run around. Other than that, I would avoid it at all costs; this was a horrible experience, and customer service and conflict resolution skills were even worse, especially when Smile Envy was at fault when they canceled. Now I am filing disputes and grievances with my insurance company and credit card while I still have a temp in my mouth to recover my money.
Story below.
I was new to this Dental Office. Before this, I had only had a cleaning procedure done. At that time, I was referred to an Endodontist for a root canal. I knew I needed the procedure when I went in. Everything was good until I had to go back to Smile Envy for my Crown. They wanted to do the crown in two visits. I paid for the whole two visits upfront (1k plus).
After the first visit, the issues began. The dental office canceled my appointment due to the dentist being sick. They called and left a voice mail the morning of my appointment, 2.5 hours before. By then, it was too late because I had already taken the day off, my last sick day for the fiscal year. So when they canceled, I was very frustrated because I drove 30 minutes to the office. Before this, I would get several emails and texts regarding an upcoming appointment and notifications about their cancellation policy. But when they canceled, I just got a phone call. SMH. Then, I was told that the Dentist did not have hours to accommodate my schedule. Crazy!! I was told that they would ask the dentist if they would fit me in or "try" to stay later to complete the procedure that I paid for in advance. But they would not have done that if I did not ask for my money back. Smile Envy never called regarding my new appointment or anything.
They don't value their clients so I would stay away!!!

I waited 40 minutes at my orthodontic appointment to be seated in the chair for them to hand me my next set of Invisalign trays which took all of 2 minutes. I was late for work because of the wait. I dont understand why I just cant pick up my Invisalign trays from the reception desk if they dont have to actually check my teeth that day. This is on of the cons to getting Invisalign with them.

Dr. Lofters Is amazing, if youre looking for a great dentist who cares look no further! His assistant Sundae is always sweet and very professional.
