There are quite literally no words to sum up how genuine and kind these women are at Sandy Springs Restorative & General Dentistry. I’m visiting ATL from CA and had massive tooth pain. After a weekend of anxiety and unbearable pain, my aunt called and spoke to Brittany who answered all of our questions about how to be seen, insurance questions, what steps to take, and made it possible for me to be seen when I’m just visiting. She got me in immediately for an appointment after calling the same day and an hour prior!! She also answered the 20 questions we had to ask. Cass took my X-rays, checked me out, and calmed me down about how to take on my toothache/what caused my pain. Dr. Maria Benefield is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met! She prescribed me incredible medicine that picked me right up and gave me a chance to enjoy my last days in the city, and she drilled some of my tooth down which released a lot of the pressure and toothache I was in for. I’m so blessed to have met an amazing girl lol gang like this one. They not only made me feel completely secure, comfortable, and taken care of. But, saved what would have been me going home days earlier due to my pain. The pain in my mouth was virtually all gone after leaving the office. So so happy we came across this dentist. Such a reliable and awesome dentist. Really glad to have been taken care of from these women. ❤️

Called as soon as the office opened Monday morning to make an appt for my niece that was visiting from out of state, she was having extreme pain from a temporary filling and was awaiting a root canal. Brittany was able fit us in for a morning appt and give me estimates. She was so helpful, professional and empathetic to our needs. This is exactly want you want in a dentist. I immediately felt comfortable with the practice. They took such good care of us, they were able to see my niece, provided treatment to give her instant relief and antibiotics to hold her over until she returns home. I highly recommended this place. This office is very unprofessional. I easily explained that I wanted three treatments for me and another person. However only two were booked. I’m professional so I write down everything I say and repeat things and was told I would have one appointment one day and two the next. Brittany or whatever her name was was not listening and definitely needs more training behind the phone as she has distasteful behavior. I was really looking forward to visiting dr benefields office however her rude staff inconvenienced me last minute with no way to accommodate their mistakes… they ruined that possible experience so I cancelled.
