Poor quality denture material, Ive done three with this lab and non of them fit. I had to redo them. Most labs stand behind their work, but Delicate refused to redo them and offer 50% refund. So I paid another lab to make a denture that actually fits. And all three patients are now fully satisfied. Also, I tried a few zirconia crowns. The first time in my career that a zirconia crown has fractured upon seating it. Not jus one but three different patients had the same issue. RESPONSE TO Delicate Dental laboratory reply on 10/31/19: Thank you for your reply. It has become clear that you primary objective here is to shame you customers, instead of an attempt to fix an issue. You have plainly called your customer a liar, a delinquent and again a liar. You have accused me of liable and defamatory response. As oppose to blaming me of all the issues, perhaps contacting the office and speaking to our dental assistant to try to resolve the issue might result in better outcome for the patient, for the office and for your reputation. I thank you for making the initial attempt to resolve the issue as you stated Kay had attempted to do. However, you have successfully defamed and slandered two dental offices, a doctor and a dental assistant on your comments here. I have asked our team to reach out to you to resolve the claimed "delinquent" account; however, if you hope to preserve your reputation and integrity, I suggest you remove names from your response. At another location that I work, I have done a few crowns with delicate. Three crowns cracked upon placing it in the patience mouth. The lab tech told the office that Dr. needs to prep better. Thanks for the feedback, but that would have been helpful prior to fabricating the crown and send for a re-impress so to avoid a dissatisfied patient. Perhaps you will tell me now that I need to go back to dental school? Treating your clients past, present or future like criminals is not appreciated. Thank you for your long winded response to my review. I am in favor of addressing issues privately and resolving them for mutual benefit, but as I see that is not your approach.

Our practice has been using this lab for over five years — incredible work, superior services, always on time, and reliable. I would highly recommend this dental laboratory.
