I Love Midtown Smile Center! Dr. McCollum is the best, he's patient and very professional when I see him for procedures as well as exams. This helps if you're a little stressed about visiting the dentist. Within the same office is my hygienist, Desiree James whom I'm extremely happy with. She makes my dental cleanings a pleasant experience and does an excellent job. As a bonus, she's a music lover and always has good tunes playing during my cleanings. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great Dental Hygienist.

Got told I have cavities in my wisdom teeth. They said hey get them removed and didn’t offer any options.. like ok I can afford a filling I can’t afford SURGERY My wife goes in for her scheduled appointment, her dentist isn’t there and in is told to come back the next day. Just pretty lame all around.

I have been struggling to find a dentist in my network and I finally found Midtown Smile Center. I went to their website and requested an appointment through their online appointment request. Never heard back (strike 1). So I called the next week and spoke with someone who scheduled an appointment for 7:30 the following Tuesday. Perfect! I looked at my GPS the night before to see when I needed to leave to make it to my appointment on time and it's a 26 minute drive. Woke up extra early and got on the road. About 20 minutes into the drive I received a text that I can move my appointment to 9am. No thank you, I have a business call at 9 and that doesn't work for me. The next text states that I'm late and the next patient will be put behind if I come in so I need to reschedule. The woman who called me was very nice and apologetic. This does not make up for the lack of customer service that I have received from Midtown Smile Center from the very first online appointment that I attempted to make. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My mom referred me to them .. i must say they were very personal and did a great job ... good with communication as well . Listen to what i was saying and didn't judge me for my anxiety and senitive gag reflex.. showed them a trick that helps when you are sensitive to gag reflex.. put some table salt on your tongue and you won't gag .. i must say i didn't come up with that on my own .. it worked for me ..
