Matthew provided a tremendous amount of help toward fighting an egregious code violation fine for tree removal on my own property. The Brookhaven city arborist fined me and each worker on site (yes, you read that correctly) each with an $18,200 fine for removing a dying tree beside my house. Matthew was instrumental with representing us and getting the fine significantly reduced to a very reasonable fine. He heard us out whereas other attorneys wouldn't return calls or speak to us without a consulting fee. He maintained communication even at inconvenient hours given my complex work schedule.
