This is not the bank. The actual bank has Excellent customer service. Very professional, friendly and very thorough. Establishment is very clean and inviting inside. Depending on what YOU have to do, not a long wait.

Very slow service on drive through lane and very bad attitude. Unbelievable! Will not use Delta Credit Union anymore.

I'm super tech savvy, working in tech and web dev, design, digital marketing. I hate visiting their website. I even put my financing on automated payments because I got locked out and my payment was late and now it's on my credit negatively reflected and I can't fix it nor will they approve my credit dispute for their awful security system.IT'S DEFINITELY GOT THE HIGHEST MOST INSANE LEVEL OF SECURITY OF ANY BANK. Too high! Yes, that's possible. You BETTER never forget your password. I have come to the point of expecting to change it every time I go to their website. Why you ask?1. Getting locked out will happen pretty quickly. If you forget or don't put your password somewhere (lastpass, excel, etc) for safekeeping, you'll get locked out.2. Once locked out, you can call but you'll go through a 5-7 question verification process with EVERY department you are transferred to3. you MUST go through a 2-step phone call process4. You MUST receive two phone calls (TEXTS AREN'T POSSIBLE in 2021! why? with as many robocalls as people get today maybe consider using texts)5. the code that you get MUST be written down because you'll definitely need a second phone call6. THEN, you must refer to the first phone calls pin that you better hope you wrote down or you have to start the entire process back over like new another time....This is absurb and absolutely ridiculous.
