Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center - Worst stay ever, When I originally arrived the clerk said I booked two rooms however I did not.  I was told he would correct it but somehow I don't think he did because I was overcharged.  Also I paid to park in the garage however it was broken and everyone had to call the front desk to be let in and out. Calls would often go to voicemail and I would have to call numerous times to get someone to answer and with the limited number of employees working I waited extended periods of time to gain access.  Now as I am trying to get my bill corrected I am so discouraged as I have called the hotel over and over and no one answers the phone.  I have left several voicemails with the billing department with not a single call back.  I previously would only stay or recommend a Hilton but not anymore.  very poor customer service.

I love hotels you get too live in the room's and swim in the pool it is fun what is the hotel room eas a great room and it was going to be cool I love that God gave the world health as nd house's as nd if we didn't have home's too live in that's why god gave us hotels I love hotels they r fun
