The worst shipping experience ever! Customer service representative could not get my address correct! 2 times had to call and have my address corrected. She Told me I would get a credit to my account for my wait. I never received it. I will never ever order from them again online.

Came to volunteer at a fundraising event. They have beautiful decor. I wish I knew where the lobby furniture was from. The rooftop has a beautiful patio that was perfect for the event. This place is located in the Shoppes at Buckhead. So affer stopping by Spanx there are plenty of places to eat and have drinks. Theres valet nearby and a parking garage.

SpanX lost my second order (package) and refuses to refund my bank account. They want me to settle for a store refund. I will not accept this because they no longer have the items I need to buy in my size/color. They've also kept me going back and forth with their support team and they haven't been helpful at all as far as reaching a favorable, reasonable outcome. Their "manager" or person in-charge " Tabatha" called me and said I'm SOL, and basically gave me the "tough luck" spiel. This person had no manners and refused to really help me. Keep in mind I tried reasoning with them multiple times via chat, and while the reps were nice on the chat, the person who could do something to fix my problem (Tabatha) didn't do anything, see photo. I'm recovering from surgery (abdominoplasty) and NEED to be wearing compression garments.
