SunTrust Bank

I have a business account with Truist I deposit checks daily and they hold every check up to 3 to 21 days even when theres enough money in the account to cover the amount of the checks deposited. Called customer service stayed on hold for over 30 minutes to an hour just to hear that they couldnt help with this problem. Ive never had a problem with any other banks like this in my life. This bank is ridiculous.

i would not like to give even one star to this non customer service bank. Horrendous treatment of their customers while merging with another bank..Phone wait times of well over an hour sometimes closer to two hours. Site being down and unable to do online banking. even false fraud alerts that require customer to call and then wait for hours. zero customer service.

Obsolete horrific. Read other reviews for other horrific and abhorrent details. Bank anywhere else. Truist/Suntrust/BB&T is absolutely the worst.

the absolute worst , a client since 1994 been waiting on phone to reset a password for 35 minutes and they said its the wrong line, so transferred me to another line expected wait time 25 minutes UNREAL this bank is horrible

Have a look around that the experiences people have had at Suntrust, Truist, and BBVA. RUN do not walk away from all these parties
