    The management of Piedmont Urgent Care centers needs to put themselves in their paying patients' shoes. Their entire method of providing "urgent care" is anything but urgent, all while dealing with surly desk attendants. If I could give this a ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely horrid.

    Up until my last visit, I have not had any problems with the piedmont physicians office off east paces ferry. I love my doctor, but I have had so much trouble trying to solve a bill problem. I got my bill, and it said there wasn't anything covered by insurance. I called my insurance, and they told me they never received a claim from my doctor's office. I have tried every means to resolve this issue, but I just feel like I'm being put through the ringer at this point. I haven't been able to get a clear number of who I should talk to, I've called several times, and getting through to the billing department was like pulling teeth. Their phone was muffled, scratchy, and so hard to hear. You guys sure like to nickle and dime, and take people for all their worth. My suggestion to everyone is: avoid any offices associated with piedmont healthcare. If you have a problem with billing, you won't find clear answers or help easily.

    Piedmont is so money hungry that they cannot refund $20.00 to us but will continue to bill us $860.00 after receiving the insurance payment and EOB's showing write offs. The absolute worst customer service when it comes to billing! Alex in the billing department claims that she cannot transfer calls to a supervisor nor can she do anything accept tell you when you've already said. She is the worst person I have ever dealt with. She cannot answer questions nor is she willing to help only to say weve already talked about this. Well Alex if you were capable of reading an EOB you would be able to actually do something useful for your customers. Piedmont OWES $20.00 to my husband yet are billing us $860.00 because Alex cannot read an EOB and this has to be reviewed by a supervisor. Initially Alex quoted 14 days to be reviewed now today its going to be 30 days.NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
