American Deli Headquarters

I need to know who I can make a complaint to about the American Deli in Greensboro NC in Summit Avenue shopping center. The cook is VERY RUDE AND SNOBBY. You can’t NEVER call in your orders because they have the phone unplugged. That is not how you work in or at an establishment and some needs to be done IMMEDIATELY because this is unacceptable!!!

Love American deli the one on flakes mill and downtown Decatur but very sad and disappointed that there’s no calendars this year and was expecting a flat wing as a key chain or something else…….

The store closes at 9pm, but after 8 PM they do not serve anything on the grill. This is the second time I’ve come in and I realize I have to come before 730 in order to get anything on the grill because after 8 PM they do not serve. Today an employee was beating their child in the back of the store. This is the last time i will come here !!

So today I called to place an order at the American deli on panola rd an employee picked up the phone and laid it down I’m listening to her take at 3 orders and still didn’t pick up the phone. I called from another phone she answers and puts the phone down again once again I’m still on the other phone listening. She finally picks up the phone I tell her just to let you know I’m on the other phone also she states ok ma’am I’m busy what do you want.. oh let’s not forget she is talking rude to the customers I’m not from here I can’t understand how y’all talk… VERY NASTY!! But she’s talking my order I’m done but she forgets I’m still on the phone she didn’t hang up. Tell someone in the back this BITCH on the phone talking about I didn’t hang up the phone I’m like BITCH I’m busy. My boyfriend yells AYE she realize she didn’t hang up and quickly hung up. I call back because at this point I want to speak to a manager and she stays there is no manager there and she will be back tomorrow at 11 and rushing me off the phone and still getting smart.
