Bad customer service No communication I've talk to one manager the other's won't even call back from there voicemail taken 3 weeks for a call back nobody does there JOB JUST PASS IT ON TO THE NEXT PERSON CONTACTING BBB ABOUT THIS COMPANY

My fiance was hit from behind by a driver that was insured by Zurich, the other driver worked for a car dealership. The driver told the police officer that someone hit them and ran which caused him to hit my fiance so Zurich said that they aren't liable. My fiance said there wasn't anyone involved in the accident other than him and the other driver. I suggest anyone to get a lawyer if you're involved in an accident with one of their drivers because they'll find a way to exclude themselves from liability and your insurance will go up if you use your uninsured motorist coverage.

Very bad with communication goes weeks without paying sometimes never answer phone calls and emails from my lawyer been dealing with the same problems for 11 months I don’t see how this place is still getting business
