        Has to have some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been on hold for over an hour. They claim there is a live chat but I have not been able to find it. Website is not laid out well. Cannot figure out how to access the medical records that are due under federal Law (HIPPA) I am beginning to believe they do not staff their help lines and hope that you will eventually just give up and go away.
